1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between b456bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on , or uses the b456bd platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and payment services available at b456bd.net.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. Any funds held in an account closed for this reason will be subject to forfeiture at b456bd's sole discretion.

3.2 One Account Per Player

The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment method details — is strictly prohibited. b456bd uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed.
• Any bonus funds or winnings derived from the use of multiple accounts will be voided.
• The primary account may also be suspended pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if: (a) your KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is an active bonus with pending wagering requirements attached to your account balance; (c) b456bd's fraud prevention team has flagged your account for review; or (d) the requested withdrawal method does not match the deposit method on record.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and promotional values on b456bd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). b456bd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is handled independently of b456bd and at your own risk.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. b456bd reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts after this period, subject to applicable law. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. If your account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of a conflict between a bonus-specific term and a general term in this document, the bonus-specific term shall prevail in relation to that offer.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

b456bd operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in account closure:

5.3 Bonus Validity

All bonuses issued by b456bd carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

5.4 Right to Withdraw or Modify Promotions

7 Account Suspension & Closure

b456bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if b456bd determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) your account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to b456bd; or (d) you are found to be ineligible to hold an account under the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your b456bd account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold may not be refundable.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, b456bd offers a self-exclusion programme that allows you to suspend or permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a specified period. 7.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of a b456bd account, all pending bets placed before the closure will be settled in accordance with the normal rules of the relevant game or sporting event. Any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Closure of an account does not release you from any obligations already incurred under these Terms.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b456bd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the b456bd platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: technical failures, system downtime, data loss, unauthorised account access, delays in payment processing, or changes to the platform's functionality.

Scheduled maintenance and unplanned technical issues may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. b456bd will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify players in advance of scheduled maintenance where possible.

b456bd's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your b456bd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Third-Party Services
